Our Partnership

H&M has chosen to partner with Blackbird Security to oversee the safety and security of their 28,336 square foot retail space, located in Ottawa's premier shopping destination of CF Rideau Center.

With the three-level shopping mall seeing well over 20 million people annually, the H&M location sees an endless amount of foot traffic. With all of its merchandise on display, the store is a susceptible target for potential theft. 

As such, the H&M location recognized the importance of hiring in-store security seven days a week from open to close to help reduce retail loss. With the presence of highly visible in-store security, the store will be able to deter unwanted criminal activities and help with shrinkage prevention.
